The RPA 200MC Mobile 3D Radars offers Nigeria an easily deployable high performance air defence radar for the full detect to engage spectrum of threats, deployed in strategic locations across length and breadth of Nigeria.

This radar system have better range and processing power than any other system of its class Nigeria. As such it is able to identify, classify, and track civilian and military targets better.

Working in different frequency bands, the RPA 3D radars are able to detect and track any threat within the airspace coverage (in excess of 360km) and feed the command and control system with such data.

The command and control system gather and merge together all the available information, creating a comprehensive
and real time operational picture of the situation and share it with the available effectors. By defectors i mean fighter interceptors like the JF-17 and F-7Ni fighter interceptors.

The RPA multi-beam L band early warning antenna comes with its own set of Electronic Counter-Counter Measures (CCME) to counter electronic attacks or jamming, allowing it to maintain high fidelity target detection.

Is it made in Nigeria? If not, the country that made it can still evade it in the event of war with the country of origin. That is why the countries that are considered strong militarily are the one that manufacture majority of their war armaments

Like wallahi I am amazed the people think atimes.

We are not where we should be but we've made significant progress.

The military we had in 2015 is markedly different, way too different from the one we have now.

Soldiers within same units were wearing different camo and all, all we had for aerial duels were the alpha jets - the ones pilots call flying tombs. 😅 We were scavenging for WW2 relics, soldiers flying to battle in soft skin Toyotas, it was that bad.

In the region of space manouvers, there were reports or speculations of the French incurring into our air space at will, we lacked the mechanism to see them or even to take the appropriate action.

At sea, everyone could do anything without any repercussions, navies were basically showing up on our doors without invitation.

The difference is very obvious, we've degraded BH, piracy and militancy at sea, have one of the most sophisticated domain awareness systems, a highly improved air Force - trailing only the likes of Egypt, Algeria while the army has so evolved you can count our soft skins.

I hope the next admin pay more attention to the military to complete the reforms while rejigging the police - Buhari started a few things especially with Arase as Police commission chairman.

Better days ahead for Nigeria.
