Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
• Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
• Liaising with internal departments, and making travel arrangements.
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
• Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as keeping records.
• Documentation and processing PCC, NPC etc.
• Preparing facilities for scheduled events and making necessary arrangements.
• Keeping track of marketing material and order timely.
• Observing best business practices and etiquette.
• Other pertinent duties as required.

2. Lagos Visa Applications Processing Officer (Male/Female)

Visa Processing with specific reference to UK visa processing.
