The saboteurs and conspirators in Government orchestrated and setup a high-level conspiracy aimed at tarnishing, staining the name of Peter Obi.
Bear in mind that these saboteurs(e.g INEC's Mahmoud) are in the payroll of a certain President-elect. They couldn't contain their impatience like a child desperately waiting for his mother to go to bed so he could devour the pot of meat so also they couldn't wait for Buhari to leave Nigeria before they orchestrated a poorly planned attempt at blackmail.

Bear in mind that most heads of government agencies, and elite Nigerians are loyal to a certain President-elect. You can verify this by going to twitter and study Bashir Ahmad' posts, despite being a "public servant" he post alot more about a certain president-elect than he posts about the current administration, you hardly find anything about Buhari's achievements on his timeline, he is full time dedicated to "more important duties".

For the avoidance of doubt, president Buhari is surrounded by saboteurs thats why it seems as if he is not working, he is one of the most patriotic Nigerians alive.
