I am looking for an electronic means of merchant services to get paid for our services. Our deliverable in this case is basically a testing report, I find we are sending out stacks of invoices every month, some of which are going to clients I don't know very well.

We ave grown significantly over the last few years, I get tired of chasing money. I have to basically make threats or stop answering calls to get paid sometimes. It is really ridiculous, I struggle if we even want to continue with a large number of builders.

The idea is I send out an electronic invoice of some sort, then they pay it, then they get their report. Has anyone ever tried this? I see Paypal has some good electronic invoicing, but not sure if it tied into a cart or can do what I am looking for.
