1. Regular exercise.

Frequent physical activity can naturally lessen high cholesterol. The “good” cholesterol, known as high-density lipoprotein (HDL), and the “bad” cholesterol, known as low-density lipoprotein (LDL), can both be increased and decreased by physical exercise. 2. Give up smoking.
