Bravo to you man. This is a good one. Do you have a direct link to the app? will like to install. Also, would love to work with your customer support team! Can I send a DM?
Hello šŸ‘‹ ....you can just search for Driveinhud on Playstore and click on install if you're using android. If you're using IOS, you can search for Driveinhud on appstore and install.

Hello, I see you have vast experience in programming. Do you think I should use an api to verify the user's details and an api for creating wallets. Or I should do them manually. I know paystack and flutterwave is on the high cost, thats why I am bycotting payments for now

Boycott payment API

Make it cheaper and accessible for people by including cash and crypto currency option

Before I proceed with my update, I would like to first give a shoutout to this lad for being instrumental on helping me build the app. I had the pleasure of working closely with him for the past 1 month and I can confidently say tha this contributions were invaluable to the progress.
He is specialized in marketing, strategy, content, copywriting, quality testing and quickly proved to be an exceptional asset.

He is very proactive, diligent, and passionate about making sure this app gets to its destination, consistently going above and beyond to help achieve our goals. I could'nt afford his service, however I could pay a monthly stipend.

Overall, I highly recommend him for any position they may be applying for.His technical expertise, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach make them a valuable asset to any organization.

Good morning everyone

You can now earn money by simply referring people to download the app and complete registration.

If you refer 20 users that finished their account verification, you get 6,000 naira.

Simply send proof that you've done that and send me your account details for payment. Let's GO!

How to earn:

Simply ask the person you're referring to enter your username in the "referral box" when registering.

Amazing app!.
I too am a developer working seriously on my startup. Interestingly, it's also in the e-hailing niche but the concept is quite different from Driveinhud's.

I would really love us to network together if that's fine by you. I promise our collaboration will be of mutual benefits.

Pls hit me up on call/chat on 08161165422 or email on elujobaoluwafemi@gmail.com

Charpell:
Dear Nairaland community, join me as I document my journey of building a world class app. I am going to give a daily update on my progress and open to constructive criticism and feedback as I work.

Getting laid off from a job is never an easy experience, but it can also be an opportunity to explore new possibilities and pursue a passion. In my case, losing my job led me to start building a carpooling app that will made a difference in the lives of many people.

When I was let go from my job, I was devastated. I had been working for the company for several years, and I had never thought about what I would do if I lost my job. But as the weeks went by and I struggled to find another job, I started to realize that this could be a chance to take a risk and follow my dream of launching my own product.

I had always been interested in the concept of carpooling, and I saw an opportunity to create an app that would make it easier and more convenient for people to share rides. I started doing research, studying the market and the competition, and identifying the features that would make my app stand out.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was funding. I had no job, limited savings and no investors, so I had to be creative in finding ways to finance my project. I started by doing freelance work to make ends meet, and I also loans. It took a lot of effort and patience, but eventually, I was able to secure enough funding to work on the app.

The next challenge was building the app itself. I created a wireframe and worked with a designer to create a sleek and intuitive interface. I made sure to include all the basic features that would make the app stand out, such as the ability to;
- Search for route
- Create route
- Book trips
- Rate fellow carpoolers

Once the design was complete, I began working with a team of freelance developers to build the app. We encountered several challenges along the way, such as compatibility issues and server crashes. But we persevered, I was working 15 hours daily, 7 days a week and after several weeks of hard work, we finally had a working prototype.

One of the biggest lessons I learned during this journey is the importance of perseverance. There were times when I wanted to give up, but I kept pushing forward, knowing that my idea had potential. I also learned the importance of collaborating with a team of experts who can bring different skills and perspectives to the table.

The app is currently on Alpha testing, if you want to get a sneak peak before the official launch date, here is the link

(Please only Nigerians can test)

To be continued

UPDATE!!!
We finally launched the Driveinhud app on 6th of June, 2023. All my beta and alpha testers, core staffs came from this thread.
Thanks to Nairaland for giving me the platform to launch Driveinhud.
