Jones4190: If the REC is not empowered to declare her as governor, how then is the declaration of effect? It means that you or anyone can declare Binani as the winner and the declaration must stay. No fingers to cross here. We must get to the point in our democracy where illegality must be called by its name only. The act was illegal and must not be allowed to stand. |
