As a business owner, you are automatically a leader. You are responsible for how you treat you business and the customers/clients that patronizes your business.

How you treat that business is a true reflection of who you are. That's because through your business you have the opportunity to impact the lives of others.

It will be telling on you, if you impact negatively on people's lives.

Worse is if your business is big enough to employ people under you, how your employees would treat the business the same way you do.
