THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE USA AND EUROPE:

The USA is a 100% capitalist country.

European countries like the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland are partially capitalists and partially socialists.

For these reasons, you will find the extremely rich and the extremely poor in the USA.

In the European countries listed above, you won't see too many extremely wealthy, but hardly any citizen is poor. Everyone including the disabled is made comfortable in Europe.
