Please I was just trying to do transfer and all of sudden my iPhone X blackout. It’s still working as I ca still hear the sounds of the phone operating but screen is black out. Phone didn’t fall when screen went blackout, please help 🙏

Connect it a laptop and restart it from there but through iTunes or so have it installed on your laptop

Have you ever changed the screen? Well do a hard restart . To do that follow this steps carefully

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.

2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.

3. Press and hold the side button.

4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

press down both volume buttons+power button for few seconds 10-15seconds or more

It happened to me last thursday. My infinix note 12i just went blank why pressing phone. 17.5K to fix phone that ddnt fall at all.

It’s either a display issue or screen replacement,you test with a known good screen before you know the next move.I use to advice that people buy original follow come screen for phones from iPhone X above,regular market screens can be disappointing some times.you should get follow come screen between 30 to 35k depending on who is fixing...try removing and fixing the screen back too,you might be lucky.
