The candidate who contested for Delta South Senatorial District position on the platform of New Nigeria Peoples Party in the just concluded Presidential and Senatorial elections, Commodore Omatseye Nesiama(rtd) has charged Muslim faithful to show love to their neighbours just as he said they should show tolerance generally to reflect the preaching and teaching of Prophet Mohammed.


In a press statement signed by the Commodore Nesiama himself and made available to newsmen said, as Muslims celebrate the feast, they should use the period to show love, tolerance and forgiveness of their neigbours. According to him, Islamic religion is known for peace, love and progress and therefore charged Muslem faithful in Nigeria in particular and the world at large to eschew anything capable of bringing disunity between and among them and their neighbours but love their neighbours as themselves.
