I have heard a lot of stories were guys use the pain blue balls as an excuse just to lay girls. They tell the girls that if they don't have sex, the blue balls will affect them (guys). They will say the doctor's prescription is for them to have sex and these young girls who are sexually naive will give in just to please those guys
