Not to mention that South Africa would obviously have a more efficient, better implemented budget than Nigeria where corruption and inefficiency would dilute that $50b to like $10b, if not less in implementation value.

1.First you are comparing cities which started long before Nigeria was thought of as a nation with Nigeria.

This is why being unsentimental is synonymous with lacking of conscience.

Dubai selling more than 3 times the oil Nigeria is selling and it only had to cater for 3.5 million people.
