• Mouthwash

Experts advise washing with mouthwash first in the morning🌞 and at night💤, even though many individuals save mouthwash for last in their regimen. Also, opportunistic microorganisms👾 that cause cavities and gum disease become more active at night, and mouthwash can immediately rinse out these harmful bacteria.

Contrary to popular opinion, avoid using mouthwash immediately after brushing your teeth because it will wash away all of the toothpaste's beneficial ingredients.

• Brush Twice Daily!
