I am looking to build a new 4 Bedroom Ensuite bungalow for aged parents and the architect has sent me some floor plans to view and want the gurus in the house to critique.

It will be on 1 plot of land with 2 car park space in frontm

The goal is to ensure not to have a stairs and to make it aged friendly.

What do you think. Any suggestions on improving this floor layout?

All these fake people impersonating architects. I thinks it's time sanctions are placed on professions. People who post substandard works on irrelevant platforms should be made to face the music
