The kind of Census we should be talking about now,should be a digital census and not the kind of Census that we conduct,where the official will ask you how many people are in your house because you told them that you have big dogs or that they can't enter your house because of certain religious norm.
For us to have a near accurate result we need to apply technology where thumb should be the basis of registering people and where double registration can easily be detected and whipped off.
This will not only give us a good data for national planning but can also act as a bank where the security department can use to enhance investigation expecially where hand print are left in the scene of a crime .
