There's nothing wrong in continuing marketing of the vehicle but, don't put in falsehood as it makes potential buyers doubt you.

2. Another green exactly like this is on ground , cleared today .


Any buyer that comes will check the date of the cars custom .

Since they are both exactly the same , I didn't bother snapping it. It came out today so it's undergoing detailing .

Thank you for the clarification but, it should be stated clearly in the advert or better still, use the pre-purchase pictures of the one that just landed or wait for it to be snapped in the country and post to avoid questions.
