You wont understand this unless you are been on both sides of the fence.... Many employer of labour don see shege for some kind employee hands.

Have a project and you need precision and detail metal works fabrication? I am your best plug grin angry

Cmeo:
Employers has been shown shege before they possibly request for this

That employers have seen SHEGE doesn't mean they should be doing illegal things. What is wrong is wrong and no amount of SHEGE can justify it

Collateral is too much usually unless it's 6-7 figure Jobs cos the risk for the Employers are huge but bellow that usually they use Guarantors who can provide an asset as collateral or the Guarantors sign and agreement where they are the ones responsible for any loss the employer might include through the Employee.

Most of thes companies only used bonds to scare employees from leaving. Most of these bonds don't always hold water as it would be demolished in court but ignorance and fear keeps employees from leaving.

The only way it will be demolished in court is if it was signed under duress or if you can prove that the employer prepared it in bad faith

Stop being scared.... Bond is not slavery. Most bonds are not even enforceable but ignorance and fear has continued to make employees to remain in toxic work places

A lot of those bonds were prepared illegally for the following reasons:

1) Bonds should not be for profit
2) Bonds should not stop your allowance, promotions and other entitlement from your employer
3) Bonds should be signed a specific training that can be quantified
4) Bonds should be signed before the training is commenced
5) Bonds should not exceed 5 years
6) Once an employer stops paying the salaries of an employee, then that employee is not under obligation to respect any bond
7) An employer cannot cannot harass, insult, intimidate or molest and employee just because the employee signed a bond
cool etc

Can an employer stop you from resigning due to bond or is it possible to pay the bond later
