How to produce gypsum powder?

1. A crusher breaks the large-sized gypsum ore into small particles smaller than 30mm.
2. The gypsum is sent to a Raymond mill for grinding. The gypsum powder has been ground to the required fineness of the product through the powder classifier.
3. Then qualified gypsum powder is sent to the fluidized furnace for calcination and the rest is returned to the mill for re-grinding.
4. Calcined qualified gypsum powder is sent to the clinker bin for storage or sent to the product workshop for use.
