A logistics company located in Oshodi, Lagos are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:
Candidates should possess a HND/B.Sc in any discipline with 0-2years work experience in customer service or any related field.
Candidate’s proximity to the jobs location will be an added advantage
Qualified candidate must be available to resume immediately.

Salary: 60,000/month
