Exactly! The one popular here is thunderbolt (magun) most times it is men that suffers this, they die when they lay with a woman laced with magun. I wouldn't care less if any of the couple face the consequences of their foolishness ( getting into covenant, blood ties or rituals) but when other people get affected it is evil. Third parties don't know what's between the couples and if they weren't permitted they wouldn't have had the chance to intrude.

No one can put couples asunder if they don't allow it. Married people don't respect their marriages, they do the stepping out themselves. Magun is mainly to put fear into the woman, she won't even die, she will only bear shame and remain married to her husband. Sometimes it is used by husbands to kill there wives here. They deliberately lace their faithful wives with it and she dies after seven or 14 days (depending on type)if she doesn't come in contact with a man. Tell me, how does this curb cheating in marriage ? People who use magun are just tasty for blood.

Well Magun is of different types and forms. Sometimes it victim (usually a man) crows till death, other times he stumbles and die, the craziest is drinking water to death. When it is placed on a woman and she doesn't have sex with a man , she dies if it isn't atoned. She gets thin bit by bit till she dies, sometimes selfish and evil men use this on their wives to get rid of them for whatever reasons most times properties ( women own properties where I'm from) Marital rivalry can be that crazy. I almost lost one of my aunties to this some years back. Thank God she saw it and didn't step over it, she picked it up and showed Grandpa, that led to the end of the marriage.Today she's abroad happily married.

It's not something wear like wedding bands, sometimes these victims don't even know the person they are dealing with is married.
