Exactly eleven (11) months after it handed over an ultramodern Faculty of Arts classroom block to the University of Uyo, Nigeria's leading indigenous contractors; FENS PROPERTIES, today handed over another state-of-the-art block of lecture theatres to the Federal Government-owned institution.

The handing over ceremony took place at the UNIUYO's Permanent site, Nsukara Offot, Uyo, had in attendance the creme-de-la-creme of the institution, including the Vice Chancellor; Prof Nyaudo Ndaeyo, Deputy Vice Chancellors, Registrar, Librarian, Directors and other top echelons of the institution alongside.

The new storey building which will house the Faculty of Environmental Studies was completed in record breaking eight months, thereby attracting eulogies and encomia from the University management to the company.
