personally I don't believe in the Judiciary based on some recent Judgement based on technicalities as you said. For me I just want to be entertained if the presidential election tribunal would be televised as expected. |

Yes. The Judiciary has made landmark Judgements without fear or favours e.g 1) the Judiciary sacked Gov Chris Ngige and ordered the swearing-in of Peter Obi. 2) The Supreme Court declared the attempts of Obasanjo to remove Atiku by presidential proclamation 3) The Judiciary sacked ALL the elected Government officials who were elected in Zamfara State and the elected Governor of Bayelsa Statea despite belonging to the ruling APC |
