Ask your cotenants if theirs were increased, especially cotenants who occupy your size of apartment.

If you have a lease your landlord just can't increase your rent like that. You have the right to sue him

And find out if your other tenants rate has been increased also because some landlords can be unfortunate

If he say your rent have increased, yes it have. If you r not comfy pack to your car. Don't forlick your wheels for petty excuses and outstanding bills

As you buy new ride,you suppose relocate to a new house make eyes no dey on you.. Even your co tenants go dey jealous you now,without you knowing. If you move into a new apartment with d new car,nobody go know if you just bought it,except na u go put Read letter L for front and back.. Tell d mumu landlord say,u wan park .
