What Happened To NCC Harmonized Short Codes by LeopardX: 2:41pm On May 17, 2023
I read that today is the deadline for telecom operators in the country to migrate to the new harmonized short codes approved by NCC.

So what's happening? Or has the program been scrapped?

All service providers have implemented the NCC unified USSD codes. However, that doesn't mean that individual network original USSD codes will stop working anytime soon, as it will take time before users get used to the new codes.

MTN is fully using it and old codes abandoned
