Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Lagos Island, Lagos State Employment Type: Full-time Sector: Cosmetics Sector Salary: N400,000 and other benefits Responsibilities: Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity. Oversee day to day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals. Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment and creating innovative approaches to improvement. Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality. Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
