Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos State

Responsibilities:
 Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity.
 Oversee day to day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
 Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment and creating innovative approaches to improvement.
 Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality.
 Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
 Provide guidelines and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
 Recruit, onboard and train high performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, business plan objectives.
 Maintain task timelines to ensure tasks are completed or accomplished effectively.
 Develop, implement and maintain budget and resource allocation plans.
 Delegate responsibilities to the best qualified employees.
 Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values.
 Dissolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.

Requirements:
• BSc in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience on the role with track records of performance.
• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
• Performance evaluation experience and working knowledge of human resource processes.
