One time while I was casually browsing through PayPal, I stumbled on a tweet by a Nigerian lawyer who happens to stay in the US.

He is a big man who intends to file a class action against INEC for the sham elections that just took place.

He is soliciting for funds to take care of the filing fees and other necessary logistics.

So you can imagine how difficult it will be for Nigerians to send funds from here over there.

While I was going through the solicitation, I couldn't help but notice the means of receiving the funds.

Lo and behold, it was PayPal. Yes the very PayPal I have been talking about.

And the funny thing is he didn't have to put out so many details regarding the payment method.

All he did was put the email address of the PayPal account. From the email address, you can tell that the account was created solely for this purpose.

Why did I bring this out?

To remind you how useful and important PayPal is and can be if you decide to do cross border transactions. Even your dom account might disappoint you.
