By this weekend or Monday, INEC will receive the judgement CTC and that's all. Unfortunately, Alex Otti can not appeal it. He is not a party to the case. Sincerely, he is gone and it's unfortunate. The idiots above you don't even understand that argument made in the case, that labour party failed to furnish INEC with a membership list and that some individuals who participated in the election were not appropriately members of labour party from the perspective of the regulator (INEC)
