Ganduje controls some Constituencies in Kano lager than some State

Kwankwaso controls Kano and several Constituency

Wike controls a State and all it's Constituency


Tinubu knows he needs proper leadership in all states to guide his legislative needs especially during budget presentation

Even Atiku knows he has zero leverage on Tinubu as Adamawa is not under his control
