we hope by the time Inec challenge E LU PEE they will be able to tell the tribunal why they did not follow due process but have the impetus to challenge Inec process
then all the process that violates the rule should be cancelled.

Labour Party will also produce a letter showing that it invited INEC to monitor Labour Party Primaries in these states.

INEC under a Jihadist.
Mahmood Yakubu should have since been removed from INEC after his INEC'S 2019 denial of SERVER in INEC.
But he was purposely kept to conduct the 2023 election heist.

Inec monitored the primaries.

Nobody can trace the INEC staff who announced the rogue vote results in Obio Akpor and Oyigbo LGAs of Rivers State. The College of Education the INEC staff said he taught has denied having any of such staff member

By the time Nigerians know that the present INEC is headed by a Jihadist, the better. The SE is a stubborn area for the Jihadists. Therefore, every political effort to malign the SE is employed by the Jihadists.

Lol. If INEC did not monitor the primaries in 5 states of a region where INEC had paid staff to do so; and INEC accepted the nominations of candidates for the region, they contested the election, the INEC Chairman is due for prosecution for negligence of duty. Those nominations stand. It's like after a football match, a game won, and the referee says: look, folks, before the game, I did not check if the goal post was rightly positioned. The referee is to be punished, not the winner of the game. At best, all the champion series game is annulled for a fresh competition.

Why would INEC challenge LP? You gave them certificate of return and you now turn around to be saying whatever....in a sane country INEC officials should be jail bound by now.

it doesn't matter, certificate of return can always be returned when events unfold

Inec was giving them the certificate under duress by this admission

Under which duress?

Anyway, it is a pre-election matter. It will be thrown out, if anyone approaches the court with it

APC didn't challenge it before because they underestimated LP before the elections!
They never envisaged that LP could even win a ward let alone a state!
Even in anambra state where OBi came from and where PDP had structures for more than 24 years,LP cleared almost all the legislative positions and amassed 98% votes at the general election!
