We can enable the Cloudflare plugin in cPanel to take advantage of the many benefits it offers as seen below:

First, we have to log in to cPanel. Remember to login via the domain name for which we want to enable Cloudflare.
Then, we must configure and enable Cloudflare according to our needs. We can configure it via one of the following options:
CNAME Setup
Here, the domain name will point to our authoritative DNS, and only subdomains point toward Cloudflare. According to our experts, this configuration works only with CNAME records. Hence, if we want to use A records we have to configure Cloudflare via Full DNS setup.

Full DNS Setup
Here, we have to update our domain’s current name servers to Cloudflare’s name servers. This ensures that Cloudflare’s name servers are the authoritative DNS for our domain name. In other words, the Full DNS Setup routes the traffic for our entire website via Cloudflare resulting in faster load times of our website.
