Poland fly the F16s and some other European nations. so they can train Ukraine pilots on them

Which danger? The one that was neutralised same day in less then 5 hours?

In order to train pilots, one would need a flight school with instructors, and most importantly, simulators. I think that this is not the case not only in Poland, but also in many European countries. The fact that Poland uses the F-16 does not say anything. Poland uses Boeings and Airbuses, but there are no simulators for these aircraft in Poland.
