so these guys are part of the crew and we put all the blame on "iron condemn" guys. One particular Sunday they went on a rampage in our estate most of the cars packed outside the gate were tampered including cars put up for sales. Some one side others both. Mostly Toyota brands because there is always a market for it to sell immediately.

Ikoyi or vi , or those secured estates in lekki ajah axis are not places that you can easily steal and get away with it in recent times.
Police will be on look out to all those unregistered delivery bike now. I trust them.

Police should be stopping and searching delivery and dispatch rider guys. They use it to conceal and move illegal things like d.rugs, human parts, other stolen items etc. a lot of addresses on their boxes are fake.

My concern is not the thief but the unmanned cctv camera. Is it not useless?

based on the height, it is probably a street camera with street light, it doesn't necessarily needs to be manned, i mean they're so many of them and would really take a whole lot of men to sit down and be watching.

It's used for investigative purposes in after occourence of a crime.
They can still trace him but it would be hard.
