Pls advise on what to build on a 600 sq meters plus change land in OPIC estate. I don't live permanently in Nigeria but visit at least yearly for no more than a month. Will like to hear your thoughts as what is advisable for either residential or rental. |

600sqmts thats a plot of why not build a pent house on it and rent it out cos rented apartment is really profitable. nd besides that is part of my village (isheri olofin). jst view the environment and think of whats profitable. |
