Stop Using Peter Obi To Defend Tinubu Gaffe, Obi Is Not A Yerdstick by Newdawn30: 7:29am On May 31, 2023 |
Ever since President Bat, made the infamous statement "subsidy is gone" the president's camp has been trying to defend his action by saying after all Peter Obi said he was going to remove subsidy immediately too when he becomes president, Even after Bat won the election, his camp won't leave Peter obi alone. Do we need to tell him that he is the president and the office comes with responsibility. He is in charge and not Peter obi. It reminiscent of what buhari did in his early days in office blaming Jonathan, after 8years we all know now know who was the better president. Buhari is the only president in the world who after spending 8 years in office looked fresher and younger while leaving office. Even Obama of the united state looked older and stressed out 5 Likes |

WorldRichest: You don't get it, no right-thinking person wants subsidy to continue, it's not sustainable... The issue is the manner it was done, causing unnecessary panic in the system, leading to hardship. He didn't think it through before saying what he said. As president his word now has power, he is no longer a private citizen 2 Likes |

Thank God Obi did not reveal to them how he wanted to do it. They would have used it and said it was how Obi too wanted to do it. Just wait for 1 year, the breakfast would be clearer to them. 4 Likes |

As in ehn... I just tire. Fuel subsidy must go but the question should be 'how?' President of thieves and drug barons just woke and said 'subsidy is gone'. Is that how they remove subsidy. Hope agbado guys are buying fuel for 100 naira sha? Because it won't be fair if they don't buy it for at least 100 naira. 200 naira is too much sef. Dem never see anything yet. Make dem enjoy the person that they voted. Shebi they love their chains. Let them enjoy it. |

WorldRichest: Oga the success of a policy is in how it is implemented. The drug baron President implemented it in his own wicked way. I just hope his boys on Nairaland buy fuel for 100 naira sha and have enough palliative to ameliorate their suffering. 3 Likes

Back in 2015, Buhari came with his big mouth and before you know it, dollar skyrocket from N198 to N300 few days after his swearing in. His twin in failure/Mandate thief, Tinubu open his big mouth as well 👄 and fuel price rose from N250 per liter to N900 per liter in just few hrs of his smuggling in. Truely Tinubu is Buhari Promax. A total failure |
