Financial institutions are subtly responding to the removal of fuel subsidy. They will never say fuel subsidy removal is the reason. Interest rate on saving accounts and others increased from 4.0 to 5.55%. See the email Access Bank sent to me today!

I agree with the removal of subsidy, but I think it wasn't properly announced.
We owe Jonathan an apology.

I don't like banks but if you went to school you would have known that an increase in savings interest rate is actually a positive for the masses not negative.

It simply means that if you save 100 naira, you will make 105.55 naira instead of 104 naira.


You guys are the problem of this country! I'm very sure you protested at Ojota.
