I have a web application written in Python Django. I need a server to host it.

I have been trying to see if I can use Heroku, but it is not sailing through.
Please, I need an experienced someone who has done it before and who can suggest the best host that support Django.

But, I don't want Nigeria host. I want America or Europe server host.
