Ideal candidates should posses a good first degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from a reputable university with at least 3-5 years relevant work experience in the Telecommunications industry, of which 2 years must be in a similar position. Also, candidates should have relevant experience in BTS sites, Transmission, Configuration, Power, Security Networks, Microwave Radio and Antennas.
