Ghostwriting is becoming a menace in the educational sector,particularly in higher education. However, it is not illegal (yet - since, so far, there is no law banning ghostwriting).

My question is, what can Universities do to curb the menace of ghostwriting?

Asking because this is really changing the face of our educational system. Even Lecturers/teachers outsource their articles to ghostwriters.
