Chai. Anyway, the present governor can request that all the cars should be returned. It is common that public officials go away with their assigned cars illegitimately when they leave their offices. However EFCC, ICPC and the police can be very useful to retrieve the vehicles. I also hope the former governor can ask his aides who took cars away to return them, just as he must honestly return those taken away by him, if it is true. And by the way, with all their personal wealth and those looted, why should public servants go away with vehicles that were not freely given to them? |
