Stefanos Tsitsipas didn't go all the way at Roland Garros as he once again ran into a rising star that proved better.

Last year's Roland Garros saw him eliminated in the 4th round by Holger Rune who simply overwhelmed him with his style of play. This year's Roland Garros for him finished after a match against Carlos Alcaraz with the Spaniard again dominating quite similarly to the way Rune dominated in the rallies last year.

It wasn't a very aggressive match from Tsitsipas who once again played a bit too reserved which is problematic against this young and up-and-coming player that play the most aggressive tennis we ever saw. The backhand was a really big target for Alcaraz in the match but Tsitsipas greatly held. There wasn't fire in his game and he might have an explanation for that.
