there is nothing like 6 years Canadian visa. Or you mean visit visa with 6 years validity

Yeah
you can’t work on visit visa. You have to come here and look for work that will agree to sponsor you. It will be difficult but it’s possible.

Lemme guess, you meant 6 months...and your agent misinformed you about your visa approval. If I am right, you have a visitor visa and are trying to get a job with that before travelling.
No sir, It does not work like that. You are not eligible to work with a Visitor visa, you will need a work permit.
