My dear good people of Nigeria. I am sorry that I am bothering you with this, but it's worth it because I feel like giving up and need someone's help. I packed into a new house and was happy seeing a prepaid meter installed. At the time of trying to recharge using my bank, I discovered that I was not allowed to recharge anything below N5,000. At that initial time, I recharged N6,000. At my next recharge, the same thing happened. I was not allowed to recharge below N5,000. I thought it was a bank thing, so I changed to an App. The same thing happened. Using the App I was able to recharge N5,000 but to my shock, the App showed me that though I recharged with N5, 000 but it was only N1,000 that entered the meter for my use, while a whooping N4,000 is not accounted for. Who among you here has experienced this, and how can it be handled? Please I need your help. Thank you. |
