No matter how bad a coach is, good players have a way of ensuring success for the team.
Barcelona during the era of Xavi, Iniesta, Messi, Puyol, Eto, Abidal, etc is a classic example of what I'm talking about.
During that period, any kind of coach can win trophies with the club due to the caliber of players at that time.
