But does anyone need any testimony before understanding that INEC under Mahmood Yakubu purposely rigged the last presidential election to make APC which appointed Mahmood Yakubu as INEC Chairman continue with ruling Nigeria; after APC reduced Nigeria to become the POVERTY CAPITAL of the world and one of the most terrorised countries on earth; after APC SPENT BILLIONS OF NAIRA ON MODERN METHODS OF VOTING BUT TOOK TO THE OUTDATED VERSION OF VOTE COLLATION AFTER VOTERS HAD CAST THEIR VOTES? 5 Likes |

Padipadi: Why do you people hate Nigeria like this? You keep going to church or mosque asking God to change the way things is done in Nigeria but you support things done wrongly.....why? I believe most of you are just negatively minded people in Nigeria, all most of you care for is just to have your way. You deserve pity. 5 Likes |

Lifestone:The outcome from the polling units is not what was announced at the nationallevel, its not about who won but playing by the rules. This is sabotage and we gave Yakubu N300B to conduct elections and upload results 5 Likes |

There’s absolutely nothing tangible in these testimonies because court will not use them to disqualify the already sworn in president. All the SC can do is telling INEC to do better next time. Atiku and Obi supporters will Now Add supreme to part of the corruption . Case close . |

As a senior lawyer there testimonies lacks any weight under the evidence Act. They only testified what Atiku lawyers asked them to say in the court. Even the Peter obi witness yesterday also killed Peter obi case. The evidence Act will be a major barrier to both Atiku and Obi. There testimonies are null void and worthless. The court will return Tinubu as the authentic winner of the election. CC: Iamv 2 Likes |

After INEC represented by Mahmood Yakubu vowed before the public in November 2022 that no other method except electronic transmission of vote results from BVAS to INEC portal should be used for the 2023 general elections, it's only criminals in association with Mahmood who opine that the constitution enabled INEC to adopt any other election system it deemed fit. The associated criminals want to make Nigeria an ungovernable place where law and order are thrown into the garbage bin. 2 Likes |

GODPUNISHALABI: The Judges will give their individual Judgement about how they felt about the presidential election using the law as their guilding principes and the decision of the Judges with the highest decision in favour of the actual winner will take the day. The case is testing the sincerity of the Judges although whoever got favoured from the case will still be tested in supreme court. They can sack or affirm Tinubu.it is a 50/50 case 5 Likes |

kingsways: this is what INEC has been saying all the while that transmission of election results were not possible on the day of the election. sooooo, nothing new. repetition of the same testimony by a thousand inec personnel should be considered a total waste of precious time and the court pronounce punishment for the lawyers involved. BAT on the road to a second term. 1 Like |

Eye & neck should produce just one polling unit that successfully transmit presidential results on that 25th. Useless electoral body. Why can't Nigeria call expatriate to come run their electoral process for them, thought they use to call expatriate in other areas like oil and gas 2 Likes |

DoTheNeedful:Are you not interested to know why INEC did not upload the presidential election on the election day? Out of over 100,000 BVAS machines all with independent Internet connections, not one could connect to the INEC server? Could it be that Amazon servers were down? Could it be that all internet networks in Nigeria were down? Could it be that none of INEC staff knew how to upload files on INEC server? Could it be sabotage by INEC IT technicians? Don't we deserve to know after spending N400billion on the system? 2 Likes |
