Parents should start first and then backed up by teachers and relatives.  Every child should know about sex education from age 4 and then contents added to the curricular should meet developmentally appropriate levels.  By age 3-4---you need to let kids know about "good touch" and "bad touch"-----too many psychos out there oh! shocked
