Our Nation anthem says "Arise, O compatriots, Nigeria's call obey".  The big challenge we have in my country is that no one is held accountable.

For example, a custom controller is in charge of Lagos ports and banned goods found their ways into our market, he is not held accountable.  Yet he would be bold enough to send his men to the market to go and confiscate the goods that he should have seized at the port.

Electricity js not working in spite of the huge investment we have put into it, no one is held accountable or prosecuted
Our schools produce 'graduates' who cannot define what course they spent four years studying and no one is accountable.

Our leaders embezzle public funds and no one is held accountable. In Japan they commit suicide and in China, they are executed for such offences.

Someone gives false information under oath and he is not prosecuted, why WE LACK ACCOUNTABILITY.
