Not all of them. Infact I think with the new Google regulations on loan apps, they no longer have the ability to save numbers on their data base.

It doesn't sound like that can do you any harm now till much later when you're ready to have proper financial dealings with banks, either MFB or commercial. This is only possible with the registered loan companies, those rogue loan apps cannot do anything to your credit score or you dealings withe the bank.
If you use CRC bereau to check your credit info, you can only see the registered apps there, even if you're owing 100 of those unregistered rogue loan apps, none will feature in your credit report.

Once they have sent messages to your contact, you're not entitled to pay them anymore. But you can still go ahead if you wish.

I'm going to give an advice that most loan apps won't like but here goes:


First of all calm down. As long as you don't want to run and you are making the effort to pay back little by little then calm down.

Next excluding defamation which is their biggest tactic there is only so much they can do to you for a long while.

The thing is, as long as there is late fee added to your bill, they can't take you anywhere. But that is on the condition that you keep paying regularly. What the late fee is supposed to be is their compensation for situations when clients don't pay at the repayment date. So they are billing you fir being late, as long as you pay they can't take you to the police or to court. It is only when you've been quiet, no payment, and no response that they can claim fraud.

So plan your self. If it's 20k per month you can pay split it into 2 and pay 2 banks each month. If it's 40k do the same but make sure every month you drop something and don't try to argue the late fees, that's the only security you have.

One more thing, don't think getting loans is a horrible thing, most people have loans, the prayer is having the funds to pay back even if not immediately, eventually.
