Your spirit man is the real you. This body we all see with our physical eyes is just a container, your spirit is the content; the real you. If your spirit is weak, even though if you physically weigh 150 kilograms, you're weak. If your spirit man lacks fire(nutrient), then it is malnourished, you become susceptible to attacks by agents of darkness, so let not your head lack oil. Heed what the spirit of God is saying.
