Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Reconciliation Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As a Reconciliation Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the reconciliation of financial data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in our financial records.
The candidate should be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy.
The candidate should understand reconciliation principles and reporting and have a solid experience with the use of excel.
The candidate should also be ethical, thorough, and attentive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Responsibilities

Assist in reconciling financial accounts and statements on a regular basis.
Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data and resolve them in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Generate reports detailing reconciliation activities and findings.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any reconciliation issues.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation processes.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in reconciliation or accounting is a plus.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
